On 10 June 2011, the Supreme Court in Warsaw dismissed an appeal by the KWB Konin brown coal mine of Kleczew against the judgment of the Court of Appeal in Poznań, which held that the termination of the ZE PAK SA coal supply agreement by KWB Konin was void. The Supreme Court judgment is a final verdict, which means that the brown coal supply contract signed on 31 December 2006 remains valid.
