He runs a sole proprietorship under the name Partner. In 2010-2016 he was a member of the Stock Exchange Authority of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. - the largest enterprise of the power sector in Poland. As the Vice President for Operations and Trade, he was responsible for the operational activities of PGE Group in the area of coal mining, conventional power plants, coal-fired, gas and biomass-fired power plants, electricity distribution, renewable energy, wholesale and retail trade in electricity and gas trading on domestic and foreign markets, purchase of fuels and production raw materials, preparation and implementation of IT processes and systems supporting the company's business operations and business lines of the Capital Group, planning, forecasting and economic analyses as well as technical and operational support for the construction of the First Polish Nuclear Power Plant. He was drawing up, developing and implementing business management support systems (ERO). He worked in Polish and foreign companies in the energy sector on major projects related to privatization, restructuring and development of the energy sector. Expert at the Council of European Energy Regulators (CEER). He has been developing a homogeneous gas and electricity market in Europe. As the Contract Director at Vertis Environmental Finance Poland, he was responsible for the energy sector and developed the emissions trading market in Europe. In the years 2003-2004 he was a co-author of the National Plan for Emission Reduction. Previously, as the Director of Energy and Director of Strategy and Development at Elektrim, he was responsible, among others, for the arrangement of financing and construction of Pątnów II Power Plant, acquisition of energy assets, development and implementation of restructuring processes of Elektrim Group companies and management of the energy assets portfolio. At Arthur Andersen, he dealt with the energy sector and coordinated projects in this area. He led the privatization processes of energy sector companies for foreign investors and the Minister of the Treasury. He cooperated with many companies associated with the energy sector, including the scope of organization of electricity trading, restructuring, strategies and practices for conducting operations used in the power industry. He has extensive experience in cooperating with Regulators in the USA, Europe and Poland. He worked at Westinghouse, New York State Electric & Gas and Apache Corp.

A graduate of the Faculty of Electrical and Business School of the Warsaw University of Technology. He knows two foreign languages.
