Zespół Elektrowni Pątnów-Adamów-Konin SA has received a distinction in the "Modernization of the year 2019" competition organized by the “Nowa Energia” publishing house.

The distinction of the "Modernization of the 50 MW unit towards green heating" project was awarded by the Competition Jury composed of:

dr inż. Stanisław Tokarski from the AGH Faculty of Mining and Geoengineering,

prof. dr hab. inż. Tadeusz Chmielniak from the Institute of Power Machines and Devices of the Silesian University of Technology,

prof. dr hab. inż. Janusz Lewandowski from the Department of Power Machines and Devices at the Warsaw University of Technology, and

Waldemar Szulc – Director of the Polish Power Plants Association.

The distinction and a commemorative diploma were presented during the 6th Technical Conference "Maintenance – diagnostics, repairs, modernizations" in Kazimierz Dolny.
