At “Korczak” they print with a smile
A few weeks ago, schools, educational establishments and educational centres from the areas of activity of ZE PAK SA and KWB Konin were invited by our Company to participate in a joint campaign of the Polsat Foundation and HP "Print with a smile". Already today, we are happy to announce that 7 printing devices of the HP Neverstop Laser series have reached Janusz Korczak Special Educational Centre in Konin.
The uncertain epidemic situation and the risk of remote teaching again from September have been raising concerns among teachers and students. The students of Janusz Korczak Special Educational Centre in Konin are children and adolescents who require specialist care, therapy, and classes. In order to be able to meet the new challenges posed by the pandemic at teaching institutions, the school had to completely reorganise the work system. The professional printing equipment that the school has received will help the teachers to prepare didactic materials (such as exercise sheets) tailored to the needs of the students, which will be delivered to them as part of the remote learning.
A very important element in the life of the school is the magazine "Głos Młodzieży" written by young people. It contains articles, columns, reports, and interviews presenting the daily functioning of the centre, describing school, boarding and community life. The quarterly is published by the centre, therefore multifunctional devices donated as part of the "Print with a smile" campaign will increase the circulation. This will surely translate into reaching a larger group of readers, perhaps also future sponsors.
