In accordance with the provisions of the cooperation agreement for the maintenance and creation of workplaces that was signed between Zespół Elektrowni Pątnów - Adamów - Konin SA (ZE PAK SA) and Agencja Rozwoju Regionalnego SA based in Konin (ARR SA in Konin), in the area of the Konin Power Plant, the construction of the RES Training Centre was begun.

It will enable conducting comprehensive courses and trainings for potential installers of photovoltaic systems, which will be finalized with the obtaining of certificates issued by the Association of Polish Electrical Engineers (SEP).

The trainings will be available in particular to the employees of the ZE PAK SA Capital Group (the Group), who are at risk of losing their jobs as a result of the Group's switching from lignite-based to RES energy production.
