Education

• A graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics in the field of Finance and Banking. Doctor of Technical Sciences (Wrocław University of Technology). He completed managerial studies at the Colorado School of Mines (United States), IMD (Switzerland) and postgraduate studies at the AGH University of Krakow (Mining and Metallurgical Academy).

Summary of professional experience

• In the years 2006-2019 he worked at KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. He dealt with, among others, the construction of the company's strategy, development of the resource base, risk management. He was appointed to a number of supervisory bodies of KGHM International.
• In 2014-2016, he was a member of the Supervisory Board of Tauron Polska Energia.
• Since 2020, he has been associated with the Polsat Plus Group and the ZE PAK Group. He contributed to the development of ZE PAK’s energy transition strategy and the programme to build a full value chain for zero-emission hydrogen.
• Since 2023, Member of the Management Board of PGE PAK Energia Jądrowa.
