Duties of a lawyer, legal adviser:
- drafting legal opinions, official correspondence and court documents in the broadly defined fields of civil and administrative law, public procurement, public finance, local government law, tax law, European law and state aid;
- providing legal services since 2005 in relation to the acquisition and implementation of European Union funding in the Capital City of Warsaw;
- acting as legal representative before administrative courts in cases concerning applications for funding (rejected applications for project funding) and the settlement of funding received under operational programmes for projects implemented by the Capital City of Warsaw, as well as in tax and administrative issues;
- acting as legal representative before the ordinary courts;
- providing legal support for projects of significant importance to the local government body;
- providing formal and legal opinions on draft and model contracts, resolutions, orders, regulations and powers of attorney;
- participating in negotiations, meetings, task force work, sessions of the City Council of Warsaw, steering committees, and the Mayor of Warsaw’s advisory boards;
