Daniel Ozon

Daniel Ozon is an experienced executive with a professional background in financial advisory services for enterprises and investment banking. He possesses extensive knowledge and many years of professional experience in managing companies operating in the mining and energy sectors, wholesale trading of energy, commodities, natural gas and LNG, as well as in the renewable energy sector (both onshore and offshore).

Throughout his career, he has developed strong expertise in cooperation with participants of the broadly defined capital market, in particular with investment funds and financial institutions. He also specializes in corporate strategy development, supervision of new investments, and corporate restructuring processes.

In previous years, he held the position of President of the Management Board of companies such as Critical Raw Material sp. z o.o., PV Beta sp. z o.o., and Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A.

Daniel Ozon is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, where he completed his studies in International Economic and Political Relations.
